What is genuinely different

The houses are not four versions of the same room. They differ in size, in what they can take, and in what they ask of you.

How a booking runs

Four steps, no surprises in between. We put every one of them in writing before you pay anything.

  1. Step 1

    You send a date

By form, by phone or by e-mail. We answer within two working days with the real status of that date at all four houses.

  2. Step 2

    You come and look

A viewing takes about an hour. If you want to see two houses in one day we build the route for you — Berlin and Potsdam fit into an afternoon.

  3. Step 3

    We hold the date

A hold runs for fourteen days and costs nothing. Nobody else can book that date at that house while it runs, and we tell you if someone asks.

  4. Step 4

    You sign, we plan

Deposit is 25 percent, the rest is due fourteen days before. Your coordinator takes over from signature and stays with you to the last guest.

Coordinator included in every tier

Three tiers, four houses, one price

Each tier is a fixed scope of work, not a discount ladder. What is not in a tier is listed as plainly as what is.

Couples who married with us

We started at Weißensee because of the water and ended up in Leipzig because we had 170 people. Same coordinator, same price, and she never once made us feel like we had downgraded or upgraded.

Asked most often

Is the price really the same at all four houses?

Yes. Klar is €3,200, Voll is €5,400 and Alles is €8,900 at Weißensee, Leipzig, Dresden and Potsdam. There is no city surcharge, no flagship surcharge and no surcharge for a Saturday in June. If a house costs us more to run, that is our problem, not a line on your invoice.

Is the coordinator really included?

In every tier, from signature to the last guest. Eleven coordinators work across all four houses. You are told who yours is when you sign, and you have their direct number.

Can we hold a date without paying?

Yes, for fourteen days, in writing, with no card details. If somebody else asks for the same date while your hold runs, we tell you and give you three days to decide.

What happens if we change house after booking?

You can move once, free, up to 120 days before, to any date at any of the four houses that is still free. Because the price is identical there is nothing to settle up.

Can we bring our own caterer?

In Klar, yes, and most couples do. In Voll and Alles the catering is part of the package, so bringing your own would mean paying twice. We will tell you which is cheaper for your numbers.
