The season changes how quickly dates go. It does not change the price. Availability comes from our own booking system. It is the same data our coordinators see. We do not show countdowns and we do not invent scarcity.

How we handle dates
A hold costs nothing
Fourteen days, in writing, no card details. If someone else asks for the date while your hold runs, we tell you and you have three days to decide.
We do not keep waiting lists
For a taken date there is nothing to wait for. For a date under option we do keep a list, and we tell you where you are on it.
Mondays are closed
Every house is dark on Monday. That is when the crew resets the rooms, services the kit and takes a day off.
Moving a date
Once, free of charge, up to 120 days before, to any date at any of the four houses. After that we keep the deposit.
Seasons
Peak runs May to September, shoulder is April and October, quiet is November to March. Seasons tell you how fast a date is likely to go. They do not change what you pay.
