A tier is a scope of work, not a rank. Klar is a complete wedding for people who are bringing their own suppliers; Alles is the same day with almost nothing left for you to organise. The price does not move between Weißensee, Leipzig, Dresden and Potsdam.

About the money
Is the price really the same at all four houses?
Yes. Klar is €3,200, Voll is €5,400 and Alles is €8,900 at Weißensee, Leipzig, Dresden and Potsdam. There is no city surcharge, no flagship surcharge and no surcharge for a Saturday in June. If a house costs us more to run, that is our problem, not a line on your invoice.
Is the coordinator really included?
In every tier, from signature to the last guest. Eleven coordinators work across all four houses. You are told who yours is when you sign, and you have their direct number.
Can we hold a date without paying?
Yes, for fourteen days, in writing, with no card details. If somebody else asks for the same date while your hold runs, we tell you and give you three days to decide.
What happens if we change house after booking?
You can move once, free, up to 120 days before, to any date at any of the four houses that is still free. Because the price is identical there is nothing to settle up.
Can we bring our own caterer?
In Klar, yes, and most couples do. In Voll and Alles the catering is part of the package, so bringing your own would mean paying twice. We will tell you which is cheaper for your numbers.
Do you do civil ceremonies on site?
At Weißensee, Bornim and Pillnitz, yes, through the local registry office; it is an add-on of €480 including the fee. In Leipzig the registrar will not travel to Plagwitz, so the civil part happens in the city and you come on afterwards.
How late can the music run?
It differs by house and it is the one thing we cannot equalise. Leipzig runs to 03:00 inside. Weißensee, Pillnitz and Bornim stop at 01:00 inside and 22:00 outdoors. Neighbours and licences, not preference.
What if it rains?
Every house has an indoor plan for the ceremony that we set up in under half an hour, and it costs nothing. At Bornim the orangery is twenty steps from the garden; at Weißensee the Bootshaus is behind the terrace.
Are the houses step-free?
Weißensee, Plagwitz and Bornim are step-free throughout with an accessible WC. Pillnitz is not: the Spiegelsaal is up seven steps and there is no lift. Tell us early and we set the whole day up on the ground floor.
How far in advance do people book?
Between nine and eighteen months for a Saturday in summer, and often under six months for a Friday or a date outside the peak. The calendar shows you the real picture rather than a guess.
